What material is the lids made of?

Metal cup and rubber straws. Lid is plastic. Color band around cup seems rubber material.

How do the lids fare when the cup is dropped? My child likes to toss her cup from her high chair.

I haven't had any trouble with the lids coming off and my kids are rough with them. I love the cups!

The cups can fit for my 6 years old son?

I got them for my 7 year old and he likes them. Think they'd be fine for a six year old.

Do the sleeves come off? If so is there an indention where the sleeve was, or is the cup smooth?

The sleeves come off, there is no indention unless you use it for a while and gets slightly stained. The cup is smooth underneath.

Does it keep drinks cold too? My toddler doesn't drink hot stuff.

Yes it keeps drinks pretty cold. It isn't a double-walled insulated cup.
